Campaign to end honour killing.
This was safely one of the most unique projects i have done so far. It was such an eye-opener and at the same time very emotional. There was a sense of fear too. We visited some of the rural areas of balochistan to get a sense of communities that live with honour-killings. We went and met these families and it was astounding to see how casually they talked about girls from their own who had undergone this tragedy. The overwhelming feeling i brought back though was of resilience and strength. The woman who was our guide was from that area and the confidence and awareness that she possessed, and the sense of purpose, was unlike any i had seen before.
