View from the Halerna gulf of the Dnipro river
The project proposal for the construction of multi-storey residential complex is located on the shore of Halerna gulf of the Dnipro river in Kiev, Ukraine.
The residential complex was conceived as a relatively inexpensive alternative housing for young families with all the necessary facilities for comfortable residing.
The complex is located on a plot of 2.12 hectares. On one side it has access to the st. Naberezhno-Korchuvatska and on the other, to the waters of the Gulf.
The complex consists of 4 blocks of different height (13, 9, 18, 12 floors). On the ground floor there is parking for 300 bicycles and 100 cars. Ground floor of each block is given to the needs of the community. 4 blocks to each other are connected by transitions on the 1st and 2nd floor.
There is also a children’s garden and other community zones.
Near water is planned to build the marina with a yacht club, restaurant and lounge area.
