The concept solution was based in the Continuing Retirement Care Community Principles, developing an integrated housing solution for retirees and seniors with on-site medical and therapy facilities and common areas for socialising, shaped to the needs and wants of retirees, including extensive amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool, arts and crafts, library, multipurpose events/ball room and golf course.
