Set Design / Concept development / Prop Making
A fashion film for Hunger Tv highlighting the playful, confident and surprising nature of Cartier’s unique fine jewellery collection. Rankin worked alongside Creative Director Vicky Lawton and art directing duo Lord Whitney to create a fashion film that, like the pieces themselves, plays with perception.
Starring model Ellen Burton, the film’s surreal transitions are enhanced by a graphic, modern set in a simple palette of black, red and white. The result is a an homage to the ingenuity behind the Juste un Clou range, taking what’s familiar and reinventing it.
Lord Whitney worked alongside Rankin and creative director Vicky Lawton to develop the concept and design and build the set.
