The land chosen by teachers is located in Antonina, coastal region of the Paraná state, Brazil.
It was formerly a port area, now abandoned and degraded. As a local use incentive, through tourism, a hotel was proposed in addition to a marina, taking advantage of the existing old berth.
As architectural design strategy, there is a major axis that crosses the large ground, forming a path between present buildings in ruins - that by law, couldn’t be touched - and the new buildings, which are located near the sea, with a panoramic view of the same.
