"Transit" or "Transition" is not difficult. as an abstract, to depict but still sometimes they are either found to be bland, too generic, overdone and clumsy or just un-interesting. The following set of logos is from my latest project on building a brand identity for a Transition or Rehabilitation Center.
A Bridge often symbolises a transition or a mode of transit from one end, of illness, to the other end, of wellness.
