I was working to brand the new Teacher Retention and Induction Network (TRAIN) and the two programs it offers that are Peer Assistance and Revew (PAR) and the Teacher Induction Program (TIP). I wanted these to readily recognizeable and communicate that these are all about growth. The red and blue come from the school district and the teachers' union logo colors.
