"My culture has always been one of my major defining characteristics. I was raised on Bollywood movies and South Asian cuisine; needless to say I was a minority in the suburb I grew up in."  ~ Aisha Yousef

Growing up as a minority hasn't always been easy for the Pakistani/Lithuanian born, Aisha Yousef. Which is why she's on a mission to put cultural inequalities to rest with her new clothing line, AYA.
AYA's mission is to combine culture & fashion as a platform to talk about racism & inequality. The clothing becomes an interactive tool, shining a light on social commentary with messages meant to be universally translated into any language and across all borders.

I love what Aisha is doing and am always excited to work with those who have a higher purpose in the art they create.
