This is a 'quickfire project' at Uni. A brief brief!
A hydrofoil lowers from the front to provide lift to the front and the protruding biplane wings on the rear 3/4 provide lift to the rear.A jointed drivetrain allows the 90 degree turn in drive to the wheels. Only five of the blades are actual spokes, the remaining 15 slide forwards and move independently of the rim to give thrust while travelling on water.
