The Brief:
CommSec wanted to encourage first time investors, giving them the confidence to make their first trade online. They also asked us to create a fresher brand image and copy tone that was less corporate, more human.
The Solution:
We put CommSec in the role of mentor or 'trader's coach'. Each headline was designed to instill confidence in new and existing customers - CommSec would provide them with the latest online tools and very best support. First time traders would quickly become experienced and regular traders could sharpen their skills further.
