As the Director of Packaging and Brand Development at Dick's Sporting Goods, lead the development and on going management of the Reebok Brand license. The process included creating a brand mission, customer profiles, on product branding, packaging design and marketing of the line at the point of sale. Additionally, I acted as a liaison between Reebok Corporate and Dick's Sporting Goods in order to ensure that we stayed within license agreements while representing DSG specific initiatives designed to grow brand equity and overall product sales.
