This informational cube was designed to inform the participant about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, or "trash vortex." The way the user must turn the cube to read the information mimics the flow of the currents that guide the trash through the ocean. From only side, the participant can see part of a plastic object, or aquatic creature; rotating the cube reveals a strange and unnatural hybrid between the plastic trash and aquatic fauna.
