Inspired by the Japanese cherry blossom, SAKURA is a tea cup that resembles the petals of the sakura flower. The clean shape with the organic packaging, made out of luffa, was a project to explore the mix of new materials with pottery techniques.
Luffa is a raw organic material that offers a high resistant, and at the same way it protects more delicate objects.
