The two pages below are the outside and inside of a trifold brochure for one of Monte's listings. The design challenge for this project was to create a unique branded template that could be used to quickly produce and print a custom brochure to place in the home during showings. They are a different size and shape than the standard home flyer, achieving the desired effect of a lasting impression on realtors who view Monte's homes.
