To coincide with a brand refresh, REIWA required a full update to their online presence. One of Western Australia's most visited websites, the site receives extremely heavy site traffic on a daily basis.
An initial challenge of the project was the differing time schedules for the website and rebrand. With a tight deadline the front end designs had to go to build well in advance of the development of the new brand. The resulting strategy was to develop a website that was clean and modular, where the logo could later be added in and have it work in a unified way. A reliance on colour was a way to achieve this unification.
Other challenges include creating a light intuitive look and feel while still retaining heavy content and functionality, the site also had to work responsively, scaling down easily to both tablet and mobile.
