Through the Darkness is a game that 3 classmates and I created in our Game Engine class in the fall of 2014. It is a 3D survival maze game where the player must find the exit in a procedurally generated maze as fast as possible while escaping all of the enemies found in the maze.

This game involves 5 levels with procedurally generated rooms. The start and exit points are also randomly chosen, so each playthrough won't be the same. The player's only forms of light in the game is the light coming from the player and the random crystals found throughout the level. The player's light dimmer however as the player loses health.
 
My work on this game includes programming the custom testing and design tools, the scripts involving the procedural generation, the layout of level 1, and the design of all the rooms and hallways.
 
The gameplay art assets were all bought from the Unity Asset Store.
