Virtuoso is a B2B company providing software and services to travel agents and suppliers of luxury travel products. The primary challenge with the Email/Print/Export feature was that we needed to create a process that was simple for users while maintaining a robust set of features that allowed for multiple layers of customization. Users of the Virtuoso's web application may need to Print or Email one set of information for their end-customer, but Export a different set of information for their internal use.

This sample shows the process that I proposed for allowing users to Print, Email or Export their customer's travel itinerary. In order to explore the interaction model in-depth, I utilized a three-step process: I started with process flows in Visio, moved to proof-of-concept mock-ups in Balsamiq, and finished with clickable prototype in Axure.

The final feature was well-received by the product management team, and easy for developers to implement. End-users were pleased by the high-level of customization they were able to achieve with this feature.
