This is the web version of Ponaroshku toy store, a project which was made
by our studio. The main goal was to transfer the atmosphere of a real
world
toy store to the www and let the people buy toys in a few clicks.
The site is optimised for retina displays, so every graphic element
got it's retina double-resolution version.
• • • The main page • • •
The main page consists of a header block, which consists of the new toys
banners, sales and special offers, a navigation block, a content block — with listing
of all the toys, and a social block with the social networks plugins.
• • • The Grid • • •
The grid for the site layout was made in a way,
that it would look good almost on any
screen resolution. So no one will get irriated
about large lists of toys on a list pages.
 • • • The details • • •
We thought, that it would be a good fun
to make some nice details to provide
our users with the best toy purchasing experience.
We created a mini basket, which resides in a footer
of the site. The mini-basket looks like an original receipt,
one get in the real toy store.
In addition to the toy catalog categories, located in the header,
listing pages are equipped with filter system, so user can get all the toys
for the specified age at price specified.
 • • • Toy page • • •
Toy page is a main landing page of the site – most of the customers get here first,
following the links from the other sites or from the search engines.
The page layout contains product image gallery, video
and some text. Beneath the gallery, there is a block with some formal
information, regarding the toy, such as dimensions of the box,
the country of origin, matrials list, and so on.
The related products block is also presented in the
bottom part of the page.
 • • • Basket • • •
Customer's basket page is pretty classic
and straightforward. Though, it also has
a glimpse of fun – after a certain amount
of goods in the basket, one of a fun personages
announces that the delivery will be free. Also, when
there is not enough goods, it tells the customer,
how much toys does he need to add
to the basket to get the free shipping.
 • • • Check-out • • •
Check-out page lets the customer make an actual order.
The one and only mandatory field in the form is the phone,
so the manager can contact the customer. All other
fields are optional, so the customer doesn't have to fill up anything
besides the phone number. The receipt on the right reminds
the customer of his order contents, and is updated in realtime
depending on the delivery options and shipping costs.
 • • • Profile page • • •
Every registered user has a profile page.
Basically it is used to access the list of orders
and to track the status of each of them.
The customer also can update his user
info such as name, phone, email, address and the city.
• • • City stores • • •
This page is for those customers, who want
to try Ponaroshku's toys before they
actually buy it. This page contains information
about all the stores in the city with
addresses and small maps.
• • • Error pages • • •
We all know that errors and mistakes happen.
But we think that customers need every
bit of attention and care. We think that friendly
error messages are very important point, so the
user won't feel annoyed in any way.
