When politicians sprout rhetoric and throw away phrases like: 'the poorest of the poor' - who exactly are the talking about - I went in search of the less than a dollar families in East London, and found a community existing and surviving on a rubbish dump, they live off the refuse and items and foodstuffs we throw out every week. They feed their families, growing children, breast feeding babies off what we no longer want.
