As an intern designer for social media at Bailey Lauerman, I was able to learn and experience what it was like to design for national and recognized brands such as Cuties and Mighties Kiwi. More importantly, I was fortunate to experience how the creative process works, as well as the amount of (team) work that it takes to come up with excellent solutions.
Part of our team’s responsibilities were to create original content for all platforms of social media. During this process, I sat in meetings and helped conceptualize ideas in addition to working on them directly. In order to post daily original content, monthly calendars were created to organize the different types of themes and projects that would present relevant content and information to our targeted audience.
