One of the hallmarks of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle is the notion of infinite customization. Parts aren’t always cheap and you have to install them (or pay someone else to do it) so one of the best ways to see what you want to do with your bike is using The Harley-Davidson Bike Builder; a real time motorcycle configurator that lives on a large format touch screen at the dealership.
We took a trip down the NYC Harley-Davidson dealer to see how the current experience was working in-store. What we saw wasn’t great so we went back to the drawing board, thought about how to improve each interaction, and built a whole new experience.
