For the theatrical release of Horrible Bosses, Warner Brothers focused attention on the movie's three villains. Jennifer Aniston played the Maneater, Kevin Spacey was the Psycho, and Colin Farrell was the Tool. Bridging the large outdoor and broadcast campaign with the digital world, we developed the Do You Have a Horrible Boss? quiz to help fans figure out which archetype their own boss resembles.

Playing off the movie's brand of raunchy humor, we composed 10 comical questions complete with matching isotype-style animations. Users take the quiz and then have the opportunity to post their results to their wall, invite friends to take the quiz, watch a trailer for the film, and - if they're unlucky enough to find out they do indeed have a horrible boss - update their LinkedIn to start a job search.
