Honours Programme Study Association
Extensus is the Study Association of the Honours Programme of the VU, UvA and AUC.
Extensus' aim is to enhance the community of the Honours Programme by bringing together the Honours students and academic or Honours staff of different faculties and universities in Amsterdam. It intends to do so by organizing social events as well as academic events, aimed at the broad interests of the Honours students.
It came into existence as a student initiative in September 2009. Since 2009 we have been engaged in various efforts to have participants of the Amsterdam Honours Programme benefit more from being a part of this Amsterdam-wide community of excellent students. Initially only open to those honours students studying at the VU, Extensus has as of this academic year expanded to the UvA and AUC.
