Founded in 2012 winter, Middle Kingdom Fitness is a small but growing gym and is the only place in central Beijing that offers Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit training and Aerial Silks with well qualified and friendly instructors who can speak both English and Mandarin. We are slowly but surely building our community to reach out and spread CrossFit, health and nutrition to both expats and Chinese alike.
In the end of 2014, Middle Kingdom Fitness is officially affiliated by CrossFit Headquarter and rebrand as CrossFit Slash.
CrossFit Slash is located in the central of Sanlitun area which is most fashionable place in Beijing. It currently houses many bars and clubs popular with both expatriates and locals as well as international brand-name stores. The first Apple Store in Beijing, the largest Adidas shop in the world, the first flagship store of Uniqlo. And now, the biggest and the best Crossfit Box—CrossFit Slash!
