The goal of this project was understanding the use habits of cellphones and contexts of low income people. The results of this research were shared with Nokia design and technology team to help them with consumer insights and patterns. São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife were the researched cities. This project included the following steps: development of tools for consumer qualitative research, field research, workshop with Nokia team, insights detection, report with consumer insights and business opportunities. Project developed within the Feel the Future office - Curitiba/Brazil;
