This is a fashion week app prototype I created for my master's dissertation using Lakme fashion Week, India as a case study.

 

My main aim is to bring the madness of the fashion week right in the palm of a fashion fanatic, in the form of a handy app. The application steps closer to the big picture to look at the minor details of the week long event. It includes features such as live blogger feedback, live updates, live streaming, GPS-based street style uploads and an aggregated social media feed which helps keep a tab (read stalk) on your favourite celebrities. The tiny widget on the smartphone would open up straight at the runway. It caters to the new online generation; the ones that need the minute-by-minute updates. It would make users feel that they themselves are sitting on the front row, dressed to the nines.

 

This app was for an academic purpose and the images used within the app were just for reference to show the UI out of whatever ahs been posted about LFW from their earlier seasons.
