Granite had a need for a new Executive Presentation to be shared when the CEO and Founder went onsite to meet with his opposite number at existing and potential clients. This physical book, nicknamed the "Leave Behinder", was refined with input from executive management as to the purpose, focus, audience, and organization of the presentation. Stakeholders from across Granite were identified and their input and approval was secured, all while "hiding the machinery" from executive management.

 

This resulted in a book that met the needs of the target audience and that reflected Granite's personality as a company. Everyone involved, from the CEO on down, felt pride of ownership of the final version.
