My diploma is a short film, document, but also an experiment. There are interviews with my four friend about their father. It's a story about four women, but also about me. My father died when I was two years, so I do not remember him exactly. I wanted to find out what role he played in their lives to build my own image, the archetype of this figure. Starting from personal experience, I also wanted to try to build a general definition of hero-father and noted how important this his role. The man is not only a fighter and conqueror, but also the guardian of their children. The title of movie refers to four woman, but also the four quarter / phases of the moon. After each of the speeches of my friend, in the video image appears the "growing" moon, which reaches its fullness in the final. Stories of girls also allowed me to build a large part of my self.
