I used to work in a complaints department.
 
Every day I would get up, weep a little bit, then go to work. I'd squeeze onto a commuter train (often sat in the tiny luggage if I could find space) and arrive at work grumpy and uncomfortable, where I would proceed to deal with complaint letters until it was time to go home.
 
I don't think it takes a psychologist to understand why at that point in my life, I drew this illustration.
