This set of Photoshop actions applies matte effects for specific tonal ranges with just one click.
For example, an image with an originally warm, yellow light would turn into a cold blue ambiental light, like in the image below.
As one who uses actions often, it's really hard to decide which effect looks better, so I've included all the effects as snapshots in the History panel. So one would just have to click each snapshot to see which one looks better, then save it.
More than that, the action pumps up details using frequency separation and sharpens it with a smart High Pass filter.
Easy as pie.
