Under the Hood
The actions apply a non-destructive Oil Painting effect on a copy of the original image.
For each tonal range, a Fill layer is created, which can be changed into any color palette.
This color changing process is live, and the user can immediately see how the image turns up, before confirming each color.
I mean, how cool is that?
