Where the Bad Kids Go  2015
The first image shows the forms under normal fluorescent light, while the following image shows the forms  illuminated with black light.
 
Left corner: Toddler-size chair (24" by 13" by 11") made of wood, finished with black acrylic paint.
Right corner: 80 porcelain froms, cast from readymade molds, painted in uranium based acrylic paint.
Installation Location: The Meyerhoff House basement, underneath the stairwell.

The uranium components in the paint applied glow when exposed to ultraviolet light.    
Goliath Beetle Pendant 2015
Half sphere, or dome-like from, 1.5” in diameter
Beetle sculpted with plasticine clay, finished with acrylic paint, casted in resin.

This sculpture is a skull of an imagined creature, that of which was inspired by several different species of animals.
The skulls used as reference for this form were from both existing and extinct animal species.
