Inspired by "old-school" tattoos, with a modern simplistic line art approach, I sought out to showcase some of the beautiful aspects of life; and how the struggle goes hand in hand, making the wonderful aspects that much more beautiful.
The concept came about after some life experience discussions and a particulary rough year for myself and my family, involving a family tragedy. I won't go into specifics. Only that the struggle in life, in our careers, in love, and in everything is an important part of it all. You can find more details here.
