ABOUT
Milky Tea worked alongside US based agency Blind Society to create this great little illustration project for the NFL Superbowl Experience week - an event that runs the week prior to the Superbowl, giving kids a chance to play all sorts of interactive games and meet their heroes. The project involved us creating all of the 3D assets and designing and crafting the characters featured on the mini pitch. The image was created in 3DS Max and rendered with V-ray. The artwork was created so that it could be edited and cropped to fit a wide variety of marketing collateral to be used to market the event.
PROCESS
We designed and developed the characters from 2D pencil sketch to 3D greyscale models. Once signed off by the client the character models were rigged and posed in various dynamic actions reflecting the events at the NFL Superbowl Experience Week. We then created the pitch on the American Football and background and then proceeded to texture and render the scene.
USE
The final scene could be cropped and framed in a variety of ways to be used in the various marketing collateral to advertise the NFL Experience week and throughout the event itself.
