This is the second painting in my sketch series. I used a combination of watercolour, acrylic and Gesso. I am always looking for new ways to express myself by combining different forms of media. I feel that the muted tones that watercolour’s provide, contrast beautifully with the thicker, textured applications of Gesso and acrylic paint. This painting was inspired by my desire to do something different.
