Assignment 1
This assignment was created with Animoto as an introduction to digital creativity.
Assignment 2
I wanted this image to convey that kids at home can also be subject to bullying. The shadow monster looming over the unhappy child at the window was a Photoshop edited picture of myself (posing as the monster). The "art" style was deliberately kept simple and young, as fully colored skies happen later in childhood development. The painting was done digitally as well via FreshPaint (Windows 8 Metro app).
Assignment 3
This assignment is supposed to be an interactive PDF. However, due to Behance limitations, I cannot upload an interactive PDF. In this document, I wanted to learn to fit text to irregular shapes (the girls at the top), and to provide some basics on what sibling bullying may look like (signs of bullying), its consequences (video-from Assignment 4), and what parents can do (7 ways). I also provided links to additional websites discussing the issues of sibling bullying for more information.
Assignment 4
Continuing with the theme of sibling bullying turned out to be difficult for me so I had to do some research. This video re-creates the illustration from Assignment 2 (screencap with Camtasia Studio Pro). Individual clips were extracted from the full length drawing video, nested in Adobe Premiere Pro, and sped up approximately 6X. Statistics on sibling bullying came from my research.
Assignment 5
For this final project, we used Adobe Muse to generate a website and possibly make it mobile-friendly. I'm generally pretty happy with the way my site looks, functions, and renders although the above link will be transient as I do not intend to keep the site. I used elements from previous creations in the course supplemented with new text and a few new (CC licensed) images.

Assignment 6 was to create a Behance project folder for this course. Obviously, you're viewing it.

Final Assignment
For this assignment, we were asked to create a lesson plan incorporating digital media into our classrooms and to provide an example. My lesson plan and a sample poster are therefore provided above.
