For CLP's Hispanic market outreach we came up with a unique concept that was culturally relevant and fun. "Novelas", or soap operas, are big in the Hispanic community and are enjoyed by everybody in the family. To deliver CLP's message of commitment to its customers and the community we created the character "Prudencia", who was a CLP know-it-all, a devoted fan and representative of the community. The character was welcomed with great enthusiast and became a celebrity in the Hartford CT area!
