The Prince & The Boy (my children's book)

In 2013 I illustrated a Children's book, Prinsen & Pojken (The Prince & the Boy). It was published and is available in Swedish online book stores and in selected bookstores and in libraries (in Sweden).
I had an idea to make a gay themed children's book for parents that want to teach their children at an early age that it's not unusual or strange to be gay.
When you purchased the book when it was released you got a free paper mask of the forest guardian.
Back cover synopsis;

Once upon a time there was a Prince and a Boy. The Prince lived in a grand castle among the clouds and the Boy lived in a little tree house in the great forest. A shared wish would bring them together...
This is a story about finding your true love and the courage to be yourself.
“The Prince and the Boy” is a modern take on the classical fairy tale; it’s about overcoming all obstacles to find love.

The book was also adapted into a children’s play in Stockholm and Örebro, which ran as a part of both Stockholm and Örebro Pride 2013. Me and Isak Eliasson (the author) were at the premiere which was also the release of the book. It had several songs written for the play, and the reception was great. The boys in the story were actually played by two women which gave the play another element to the story.
