The project is located in an area of Barcelona where two different urban fabrics superpose: the old town and the “ensanche”. The building placement respects both
of them creating paths that join already existing spaces “pasajes”.
It consists of a four housing unit repeated vertically and horizontally, which results in a low building covering the whole plot. All housings are outward-facing and also look onto an inner yard, and they have flexible rooms which can be used as inner spaces or terraces.
