This was a really fun little gig poster I did towards the end of 2014. It's always great to do work for local South African bands and often the most rewarding too. With most of these commissions I usually do a Facebook cover photo as well. There's a good deal of joy to be found in re-adapting designs for different platfroms and it's one of the aspects of this kind of work I enjoy the most. I did a bit more experimentation with combining photographic imagery and illustration. It's nothing new but, the results can be interesting and lead on to exciting avenues.
