Bruno Alfonso is a honey bee. Our Portuguese friend and gourmet recently came to visit. Our ambitious little fellow nearly flew a distance of 1500 miles without taking any stop. With his honey and knowledge he helped us putting the sweetness of Portugal in a bottle.
The Concept of the design of our homemade beer is inspired by the Portuguese honey which was used to sweeten the sud in the brewing process. So we came up with the idea to adopt the art of Portuguese ceramics which can be found with all its beautiful and detailed ornaments on public monuments, buildings, facades, and churches.
