Bathtub/Cleanse  steel, wood, sponge

This steel bathtub blurs the lines between the intimacy and privacy of bathing and the public space in which it was installed.  The steel is uncomfortable and cold, while the common perception of a bathing experience is to be warm, iniviting, and even somewhat romantic or sexually driven.
The Evidence Of Things Left Unsaid  electrical tape, projection

This piece attempts to map the quintessential "living room" environment, and an individual or group of individuals interaction with that environment.  There is the father's cushioned chair, the wife and child's sofa couch, and the television.  The skeletons of the furniture in relation to the over-sized television represent the passive position a family is choreographed to take while consuming media.
The Immortality of Bones/Dakota  woven yarn, baby raccoon skeleton and raccoon penis bones

This weaving is an homage to a lost friend, whom all that is left is a collection of bones beneath the earth.
