2 years ago I've switched to full time freelancing exclusively through oDesk and I challenged myself to create a desk to accompany my needs as a UI Designer. I had to incorporate 2 screens and use natural materials and glass to make it look classy. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts!

OnePlus One  is my daily phone driver, coming from hTC M7 which was a well designed smartphone but full of issues 1+1 is perfect in my hand, the size doesn't seem that big, it's very thin and well built with a great camera (not what I could say about hTC One M7). At a glance you can see most of my apps, such as Behance, Wunderlist, Money Lover, Feedly, Kindle for mobile.

 

Apple iPad mini (non-retina) is currently sitting more inside the desk because of the 1+1, but I also use it for reading PDF magazine over Issu and recipes for the kitchen.

 

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite, the best ereader I've used. For the moment I'm reading Don't make me think because it's the best book you could read about UX Design and have some other design books. 

 

SOL Republic Tracks Air, amazing wireless headphones used with 1+1 to listen to my favorite tracks/radio stations with Pandora & Spotify.

 

Moleskine notebook & pen for daily sketches and more important to do items that don't go through Wunderlist.

 

Just Mobile Alupad Mouse pad, because it's designed in the same lines & materials with the imac and couldn't find a better one.

 

Regarding my extra iMac accessories, I have on the Twelve South Backpack in a SSD enclosure a 500GB Seagate SSD which is running the OSX as I didn't want to open the iMac to put it inside, because the actual difference in speed is not worth it.
