CHI 2013 Interactive Schedule

The CHI 2013 Interactive Schedule is a multisurface application that allows Conference attendants to manage their schedules using large public display found throughout the venue either by connecting to it from their mobile devices or via simulated touch using a Kinect-like 3D sensor.

Select a word from the wordcloud to view video previews of talks happening in the near future containing the topic. If you like one, add to your schedule via the mobile app.
Close up of the large display UI. Each of the four top tiles represent 4 different hallways at the venue, inside which "dot" represents different rooms. Each tile has a video playlist of the talks happening on each room during the current timeslot. The bottom four tiles are interactive, for users to play with via touch or mobile apps.
Close up of the mobile UI. It directly maps in real-time information shown on the large display. It allows you to add to your schedule any item you see and like on the large display. Up to four users can interact with the large display at the same time,
Search for events on your phone, see the video previews on the large display. Add them to your schedule if you're interested.
