Letterpress New Year's Card. Inspired by the New Year's postcards that the Japanese traditionally send out to family, friends and business contacts for special delivery on January 1st. The characters shown here read "Happy New Year" or literally "Welcome Spring" which signifies looking forward to a time of new growth and renewal in the coming year.
