As part of Front Against Censorship’s campaign to amend the outdated censorship of the arts laws in Malta, an exhibition entitled The Art of Silence was organised.
I was commissioned to create the poster for this exhibition and so I interpreted the title of the exhibition literally: by depicting an anonymous artist – whose voice is drowned – working silently underwater next to a prehistoric fish.
