Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier | 2010-2011

A multi-studio AAA project. As an Art Director for two of the game's maps, I was coordinating a team of 3 Concept Artists and working closely with the local Lead Artist, local Technical AD and the Lead Art Director of the project. My task was to come up with a main idea for the environments and develop it along the LDs, while keeping coherency with the rest of the project.
 
Challenges: the genre, the engine and editor were all new to the entire team, so we were struggling initially. To add to that, for many it was the first time being collaborators instead of project owners, so it took a bit to adapt to the new workflow. However once we build momentum our results were very good.
