Owner with this small and new HDB unit required for a budget design that including tiling works and carpentry work throughout the whole house with Scandinavian Style. Especially Living area required to have some features that can divide the Living with Dining area, hence, open concept walk-in closet was required with metal materials and carpentry works. 

 

Design has impressed owner but unfortunately, budget was over-priced with requirement for 20k that includes everything with electrical work and air-con work.
