Prosposed design based from requirement and inspirarion of owner whereby the Grey color scheme needs to be applied and enhanced in the interior. Industrial style was prefered though owner is a couple with a 2 months old baby. 

 

Renovation works required including tiling work and carpentry work since it is a new standard 4rooms HDB at Punggol - Singapore. 

 

Owner was happy with the proposal design and renovation will be proceeded after CNY 2015.
