Back in september I was approached by my product design manager where I work. He told me there was a Roller skate competition happening in Barcelona, and that our rollerskate brand 'Rookie' were going to submit a custom pair of hand painted skates along with lots of other international artists.
I was left with pretty much creative freedom as to what I could design or paint onto the skates.So I decided what I would paint some unicorns, namely because unicorns are fabulous, and watching the way that skaters move and dance, they look pretty fabulous too.

Materials used were Acryllic paint, PVA, and anything shiney I could lay my hands on.
